iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Kashkeshet VIP → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments → Subscriptions → Kashkeshet VIP → Cancel.
VIP access continues until the end of the current paid period.
I cancelled - what do I lose?
Locked word packs and training mode will close when the billing period ends. Ads return. Words you created in custom packs are kept - nothing is deleted. You won't be able to add new packs or words beyond the free tier limit (1 pack, 20 words).
I'm still being charged after cancelling.
Billing is managed directly by Apple / Google. Contact support at App Store or Google Play.
I want to switch from monthly to lifetime.
Purchase Kashkeshet VIP lifetime inside the app. Then cancel your monthly subscription through the store settings - you won't be charged again.
The app is running slowly or crashing.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and OS version and we'll look into it.
