These Terms of Use govern your use of קשקשת (Kashkeshet), a mobile application developed by Roei Oved ("Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Auto-Renewable Monthly Subscription. The app offers a monthly VIP subscription that unlocks premium features including ad-free gameplay, additional word packs, extended turn durations, and training mode. The subscription auto-renews monthly at the price shown at the time of purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime Purchase. The app also offers a one-time lifetime VIP purchase that grants permanent access to all premium features for a single payment, with no recurring charges.
Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscription renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. On iOS, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain VIP access until then.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Free Trial. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.
The app lets you create custom word packs. You are solely responsible for any words you add. Do not add content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects any changes.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is incorporated into these terms by reference.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
